#SwappingNotes is an independent (read: unfunded) web show where Sheril A. Bustaman (Fluff) and I (Pons) talk candidly and truthfully about our experiences being wives, mothers, and women - among other things.
In this week's episode, we swap notes about how we deal with taboo topics and tough questions at home like sexual relations, religion, inappropriate touch and .... death.
I truly believe that the first step in having conversations about things like this, is to begin by destigmatizing topics that are typically deemed taboo and to start the dialogue early, according to the age comprehension.
